Once you make the first cut, you can’t go back. You’ll be a cutter, forever and always. They all start out small at first, like it’s nothing; but you continue, it will get worse, deeper. It will take over your life, you won’t be able to stop thinking about it, the urge will always be there haunting you. No matter how long you go without it, how you restrict yourself from it, your skin will always itch. Even when you so called “recovered” or “clean”, it’ll always be there in the back of you mind when ever you see something sharp. You will relapse. You will battle this addiction for a long time to come and this mistake; it isn’t worth it. So what’s my message? Don’t ever make that first cut because you’ll regret it for the rest of you life. Go get help, you’re better than this, so stay strong because it will be okay, i promise.
